This post is a review of the past month and includes the feedback, comments, improvements, targets and content we, The Ahmadiyya Post, have published. This blog was conceptualised just over a month ago and this is the first ever review, hopefully the first of many more to come.
As we are trying to spread the message of peace, we feel a close connection with our readers and therefore would like to update them on how this blog is progressing. This should be an eye-opener to all mankind that good beneficial news and opinions are valued and endorsed by society and that the cliche "society is inclined towards controversial (bad) news" is not necessarily true.
Initial Aim and Objective
Our aim for this blog was to present a positive useful perspective on current news and global issues as opposed to the way these issues are typically presented in the media.
Page views and hits
To date there have been 5,500 page views (hits).
This is approximately 1,000 page views per week.
It has been read in 14 countries.
Posts
The number of posts (articles) to date are 42.
This means we are keeping our readers interested with fresh current material to read and comment on.
Comments
We have invited comments from readers on the blog.
To date no negative comments posted.
There have been a few comments on the page and a lot of comments said to us personally.
Most notably there has been a thoughtful comment by Joshua in Georgia (USA) which was encouraging and thought provoking.
Followers
We have 6 followers to date.
This shows people are interested in hearing our view and agree with us.
Targets
We hope to get one million hits by the end of the first year.
We want to have 100,000 followers so the world knows that there is a large number of society who endorse, love and promote Peace.
So far this London based blog has been well received by bloggers and non-bloggers alike, hopefully this positivity will go on for many years to come and the message of Peace will be carried across the world through us, our followers and our readers.
